Blair spent 5 years in strategy consulting, supporting SMEs across sectors, before co-founding Seedling in 2022. He’s always been drawn to solving big, systemic problems – and believes climate action needs to be achievable for every business, not just the biggest. He brings strategic insight, product vision, and a relentless focus on building tools that are powerful yet simple to use. Outside of work, he’s a history buff and always up for a countryside walk – especially if there’s an old pub involved.
