Growing up in the Welsh hills, her love of nature played a big part in co-founding Seedling in 2022. She’s focused on making it easier for teams to meet new carbon requirements to stay commercially competitive, whilst also doing their bit for the planet. She brings strategic thinking, a knack for storytelling, and a deep, pragmatic understanding of what makes sustainability work for busy teams. Outside of work, she loves literature, art, good food, and a long walk in nature.
